Experience & Background

Before establishing himself as a personal injury attorney, Ted was in insurance defense. He intentionally gained this experience to better equip himself for what he knew he wanted to do eventually – fight for the voiceless. Ted extensively learned the common tactics of insurance companies in personal injury cases. He then became an attorney to advocate for those who have been hurt and wrongly treated. Ted utilizes his experience on the other side of the court to fight for his clients with every necessary detail needed to yield the best possible results.

Ted is a member of a number of organizations, including the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, and the Litigation Committee of the D.C. Bar. He frequently participates in seminars and professional events to further sharpen his toolbox in trial, stay up-to-date with the newest tactics of insurance companies, and network with experts to benefit his clients.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Ted graduated from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, he was part of the nationally ranked and recognized Mock Trial team and on the Board of Advocates. Ted is currently completing his MBA at Rice University and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Liberty University.
