Tammy began her legal career by clerking for the Honorable L. Leonard Ruben, in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and her practice is still centered across the street from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Now, Tammy is a Member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Frederick County Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association. She is also State and federally licensed in Maryland and in the District of Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. She also received her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
