Chad Propst has successfully represented numerous clients charged with an array of offenses, including driving under the influence, drug charges, domestic violence, criminal sexual conduct, murder, and everything in between.

With over four years of experience exclusively in criminal defense law, Courtney applies her multitasking skills and customer service experience to help clients feel at ease by providing detailed support and communication throughout each case. Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Prior to joining Price Benowitz LLP, Courtney began her professional career as a legal assistant with the Appellate Division of the South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense.

Before passing the South Carolina Bar Exam, Vick earned experience as a criminal defense paralegal. He has worked on a wide spectrum of legal issues, including Murder, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Armed Robbery, Domestic Violence, Assault and Battery, DUI, Drug Offenses, Property Crimes, Traffic Offenses, and School Hearings. Along with being a member of the South Carolina Bar, Vick is on the Diversity Committee of the Young Lawyers Division. Once Vick is in your corner, he will never stop fighting for you.
