Experience & Background

Abigail began her legal career serving as a clerk under the Honorable Judge Marcus Z. Shar in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Despite an already packed workload, including assisting in the facilitation of numerous criminal jury trials, Abigail found herself wanting to obtain even more legal experience and began working nights as a law clerk for a private law firm.

After passing the bar, Abigail began her legal practice focusing on family law. During her first five years of practice, her notable work ethic propelled her into complex litigation and management scenarios. Abigail’s steadfast demeanor and genuine love for her clients serve as the foundation for her practice. She prides herself on candid, compassionate service to ensure her clients feel empowered in the midst of an emotionally and financially complex situation.

Abigail attended the University of Richmond and received her B.S. degree in sociology and criminal justice. She obtained her J.D. at the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law before serving in the above-mentioned role under Honorable Judge Marcus Z. Shar and her eventual transition into private practice.

When not serving her clients, Abigail enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her husband and three-year-old husky.
