Courtney<span> Powers </span>

With over four years of experience exclusively in criminal defense law, Courtney applies her multitasking skills and customer service experience to help clients feel at ease by providing detailed support and communication throughout each case. Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Prior to joining Price Benowitz LLP, Courtney began her professional career as a legal assistant with the Appellate Division of the South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense. Courtney is involved in each case from beginning to end. She assists clients by maintaining regular contact and updates, maintaining calendars and deadlines, and drafting letters and filings. She also maintains all client case files and assists in preparing for hearings and trials. A true native of Lexington, Courtney enjoys weekends on Lake Murray, traveling, college football, and spending time with family and friends.
