Jackson Fenner focuses his practice on criminal defense, representing clients charged with offenses ranging from traffic violations and DUI cases to violent crimes and homicide. With more than 15 years of courtroom experience, he has handled virtually every type of criminal case. He is dedicated to developing practical, results-driven defense strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Jackson earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and has built his career helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. He is driven by a passion for problem-solving and believes that every case presents an opportunity to find effective legal solutions while protecting the constitutional rights of his clients.
Originally from Western New York, Jackson has called Knoxville home for many years and has developed a deep understanding of Tennessee’s criminal justice system. His experience in courts throughout the state allows him to confidently advocate for clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges.
Outside of the courtroom, Jackson enjoys reading and collecting books, exploring Tennessee’s state and national parks, following Tennessee athletics, and spending time with his wife and three children.
