Experience & Background

Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree in criminology and physics from American University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law where he graduated cum laude. While at the Washington College of Law, Nicholas held an executive board position on the College’s Administrative Law Review, and his article, “Patenting Artificial Intelligence: An Administrative Look into the Future of Patent Law” was published in the Journal of High Technology Law at Suffolk Law School.

Nicholas began his legal career as a criminal defense clerk for the Public Defenders Service for the District of Columbia before clerking for various criminal defense and personal injury firms in the Washington Metropolitan Area. He joined Price Benowitz’s personal injury department as a clerk in 2018 and was hired as an associate after being admitted to the Maryland Bar.  Now also licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C., Nicholas brings his passion for law and his analytical mindset to each case as he fights for the best results possible for his clients.

Nicholas grew up in Long Island, NY, and moved to Washington, D.C. at the age of 17. He has a deep love for cooking and is an an avid videogamer. Nicholas loves film and greatly appreciates it as an artistic medium. He can often be found watching just as many Oscar-winning movies as B-movies.
